Military through the Ages

March 15 and 16th, 2008

The Brigade has been invited to attend Military Through the Ages, March 15 and 16, 2008 at the Jamestown Settlement. This is an invitation only event that has held annually for the past 20 some years.

Jamestown is located in the tidewater area of Virginia between Colonial Williamsburg and Yorktown - plenty of tourist opportunities. Four judged categories this year: Best Camp, Best Camp Cooking, Best Unit Demonstration, and Best Costume. Period camping available on site and there are motels in the area. There is a dinner Saturday night hosted by the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation.
Please contact your unit commander if you are interested in attending since I will have to send an attendence list to the event committee.
