Comrades and Ladies,
We continue to have a good relationship with these folks and they feel
we are a definate draw for their site. Please come out and support the
event.

Listed below you'll see an map of the site and you get an idea
of the activities that will be going on these both days. There will
be plenty of water for the horse, facilities that we can use, and firewood
provided. The site itself
has around 1000 acres of woods and fields.
If we have enough people attending, we can do 30 minute intervals
handing out brochures and information about the brigade. Not to mention
the fact we can just mix and mingle with the crowd while we are on
our break.
Please contact me as I need to know how many people are coming, so
Ii can set up horses, and how much food I need to buy for our meals,
we will still need a breakfast and a dinner. If we would like as a
group to go out there are plenty of resturants nearby.
Last year's event was very fun and they will have
plenty of activities to keep the attendance there as you can see on
the map. He really expects a really good turn out. Both days the event
starts at 11 AM, and runs to 5 pm on Saturday and 3 pm Sunday. I would
really like the Calvary to be there Friday night so we can walk through
are demonstrations for I have some interesting things planned besides "Heads
and Rings".
