Gentlemen and ladies of the Brigade Napoleon,

The following is a proposed agenda for the Sunday Brigade meeting. Please feel free to comment in any way. This is only what I have been able to think of.

1) Meeting opening- Ken

2) Secretary's reading of last ex. cmt. meeting mins. (from the Campaign event at the Bison Ranch) - Rick

3) Financial Report- Jim (or in his absence Rod)

4) Old Business: Ken

A. Update of unit rosters- members name, address, email and ph# if available (for Jim)

B. Provisional unit's status- when and how the can become active (voting) units in the Brigade

C. Status of inactive units- those who have not paid dues and/or not attended an event in the past year.

D. Website status- Current and up to date?

E. Existing committee's and their status- what they are and who is on them

F. Jena update-Rod

5) New Business: Ken

A. List of eligible active units in Brigade for voting purposes and notification of proxy votes- Rick

B. Election of Brigade officers for the 2006-2008 term.-Rod

Votes to be counted by impartial observer and results announced. New officers will assume duties immediately

C. 2007 Brigade Schedule

1. Grande Tactique- location and date.
2. Campaign event -location and date
3. Timeline events- locations and dates
4. All other events for the 2007 calendar - International and regional

a. Dates and locations
b. must be listed on the Brigade website to be eligible for insurance coverage- who to notify of the event- (webmaster)
c. Proposal- After Action Report- submitted by each unit commander/representative after they have attended a listed event. Basically an attendance report so the unit and individuals involved can be given credit with the Brigade for the event. This will help with keeping track of active units.
d. Eylau- Feb. 23-25, '07, Danville, IL.
e. Friedland- June 10, '07 Bellvediere, IL

6). Any additional business by Unit Reps. from the floor.
